I never did anything else to these.  I just haven't been energetic lately, and that's probably because I'm not allowed to exercise.  So this is what I'm wearing this week.  No complaints.

Work in progress. This is a holographic chrome powder over black. It's GORGEOUS on its own, but I would at least like an accent nail. Currently trying to decide what to do...

Suggestions welcome.

My bottle of Cyber Punk is here and she's gorgeous. 😍😍😍

I've been waiting since January for her arrival. WORTH IT. 

If you can't tell what color she is, that's ok. She's every color. More than a holographic, more than a multichrome. I love her so much that I want to tape the bottle to my chest and wear her that way. 😂😂😂

I know that I've been so involved with school, but I've kept an eye on my second love, nail polish. Polish is easier than animals because once they get here they don't require upkeep. 😂

Just a test decal I started.

Just a test decal I started. I saw the idea of a butterfly over lace on a YouTube video. The person was using a different method, but I think I can make it work in decal form. All of the previous decals I made only required stamping once, but doing it this way will require stamping twice. 

Biggest mistake? Not using holo pink and purple on the butterfly because holo makes everything better. 😃 The polishes I used on the butterfly were actually too sheer, but that's the purpose of a test. I'll know better when I actually start making these for real. I think it will look nice over a nude pink.

This will be the third picture that I've posted of this ONE FREAKING NAIL, but seriously JUST LOOK AT IT.  😳  I finally got her in a sunbeam!  LOOK AT THE RAINBOWS!  I guess it's no secret that I am a HOLOSEXUAL!  (<--  If you don't get that reference then you're not watching the best nail art channel on YouTube right now.)

So my beautiful scales are coming off today because I've had to re-paint all the rest of my nails save for her and the pinky.  I don't know if it's just that the decal is, (for some reason), very tough or what, but it's lasted all week.  It would probably last a few more days, too, but if I'm having to re-paint the rest of my nails anyway then I really want to put on another one of my decals - if they haven't dried out too much by now.  I have no idea.

Anyway, I made a 92 on my history test so I deserve a treat.  Off to paint my nails!  I have to spend most of my weekend studying and doing Trig homework so I might as well have fun now if I can.  

(I don't even know if I can because I really don't want to melt this prettiness off me.  /sad)

Pardon my blinding whiteness...

Pardon my blinding whiteness, but I had to shine a light on this polish BECAUSE RAINBOWS.  😳  I did manage to sit down and paint my nails yesterday, but I will admit that it took WAYYY longer to decide what to do than it took to actually do them.  I have too many choices between stamping plates and colors and other embellishments.  I'm so out of practice and haven't been following the blogs since last year so I'm out of the loop and even doing something simple like this was a struggle to come up with.  I guess if I don't use my creativity it will get rusty, too.  🙁  Unfortunately, I don't see this year being any easier than the last.  Or the next two after that.  Boo!  At least they are freakin' pretty, though.  🙂

Two for one!

7:50 am:  Lazy nails.  Holo glitter gradient and a butterfly for good measure.  Woo.

4:25 pm:  I don't really know what to say about these except that I wanted to practice gradients again - and other than that I had no actual plan at all.  😂  Despite that I think they turned out really neat.  I used three colors for the gradient and then stamped the weird rainbow-y pattern over it.  They are really happy colors and I enjoy looking at them so hopefully I'll be able to keep them on for a few days.  🙂

I layered...

I layered a purplish glitter over a dark blue glitter and came up with the blurple color.  I think that would have been a great base for galaxy nails, but I was wayyy too lazy for all that.  Simple stamping was good enough.

Also, threw down some holographic silver on the ring finger.  Just can't have it all matching too much.  😛

I don't feel like I entirely have my shiz together right now so my nails have taken a back seat.  I still like to do them when I can make time, though.  🙂

Oh how I wish the photo did these justice. They are wayyy too shiny / sparkly to photograph properly. I do not have those kinds of photography skills. 😂 I 💜💜💜 how the glitter just peaks through the pattern. I bet they will look AWESOME in the sunlight. I'm gonna have a lot of fun looking at these. 😃 I have never been a big fan of silver polish, but the last few times I've used it I've really loved how it turned out. Guess I'm changing my mind on that one!
